Tennis Info

The courts are for use by members and their guests only. Entrance onto the courts requires a code for the front gate. The code can be viewed after members log into their account.

All four courts are now lined for Pickle Ball!

The Club offers four courts for Club members and their guests for playing tennis and pickle ball. The use of the courts is on a first come, first serve basis…unless a member has made reservations…see below for details!

Please note…

  • If players are waiting, play should be limited to one hour.
  • Only tennis and pickle ball is allowed to be played on the courts and only non-marking soled shoes should be worn.
  • Bikes, scooters, roller blades, etc are NOT allowed on the courts.

The courts are lighted between 7 and 11 pm. Controls for the lights are located inside the courts.

Reservations

Reservations can now be made for the tennis courts! We have been asked about allowing reservations for some time now, so we will give it try. Read below for the details…

Guidelines

  • Reservations must be made through your Membersplash account (go to the Manage Account tab, then select Reservations and then Make Reservations).
  • Only courts #1 and #3 are able to be reserved (court #3 has 2 pickle ball courts…the courts are numbered, see diagram below).
  • Reservations are NOT required, but members and guests must yield to members with reservations.
  • Reservations can be made for 1-hour periods from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week.
  • Each member is limited to one 1-hour period per day.
  • Reservations can only be made 2 days in advance.
  • There is a 10-minute grace period. If a member has a reservation and doesn’t show up within 10 minutes, the reservation is no longer valid.

*** These are just starting points, they may be changed as needed. ***

Additional Notes

  • Reservations are NOT required to use these courts. If no one is using them, then they are still first come, first serve.
  • Reservations can be for tennis or pickle ball. However, if the intention is to play tennis, please be considerate and reserve Court #1 if possible.
  • We strongly encourage members to be able to access their Membersplash account on their phones, in the event that there may be a conflict.
  • If two members would like to play for 2 hours, there is nothing preventing them from each reserving the same court in consecutive hours.
  • Reservations will not be permitted during the Club sponsored Tennis Camps and the Tennis Team practices or matches. However, if a “glitch” allows a member to make a reservation during a Camp or Tennis Team event, the Camp and the Tennis Team have priority.

The Pool Board will NOT be policing the courts. If any conflicts on the courts arise, we expect that it will be handled responsibly.

Finally, courts #3 and #4 are both lined with 2 pickle ball courts with portable pickle ball nets. As always, members are allowed to carefully move the portable nets as needed.
