Clubhouse
The clubhouse is a popular and convenient place for meetings, parties, and more. Club members may reserve the facility by completing a reservation request form and paying the applicable fees. The facility features a 29′ x 45′ room, available for 89 guests banquet-style and 190 guests meeting-style. The clubhouse’s north side opens onto a 60 x 14 ft deck which overlooks the pool. Included in the clubhouse rental is the use of 84 chairs and 14 60-inch round tables as well as five 6-foot rectangular tables, three 8-foot rectangular tables and one 4-foot rectangular table. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave (no oven), and sink to make your party complete. Bathrooms are available on two floors and the facility is handicap accessible.
Reservations
Reservations are honored on a first completed basis. Reservations are completed when all payments are received. Separate payments are required for the appropriate reservation fee and damage deposit (see fee schedule below). The reservation fee can be paid by credit card or check but the deposit must be made by check.
PLEASE NOTE: The clubhouse reservation can only be completed by a current member of the club, however members may reserve the clubhouse on behalf of a guest provided the renting member is attending the event. Checks and contract must be submitted by the Club Member.

The Clubhouse Checkout Inspection form is available HERE. This form must be completed prior to the end of the rental period. Please put your completed inspection form in the dropbox located in the entrance way to the clubhouse.

Cancellation Policy
Completed reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Between 7 and 13 days prior to the event, a penalty equal to 50% of the rental fees will be applied. Less than 7 days prior to a rental, the entire fee will be collected.
